This PR introduces the redesign of the Prompt Menu UI for DocsGPT which allows users to use the tags and variables system in order to add and edit their custom prompts.

This PR fixes the issue #1968

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

This redesign was required for better context engineering in the process of adding and editing prompts.

Design first, implement later.
