[FEATURE] - Pin message in threads

I'd like for Tux to be able to pin a message in threads u own, with a command like `$pin [message id]`, this could be done checking whether the user who ran the command owns the thread or not, if so, pin the message, if not, dont.
Would save mods time and make everything easier.
