使用nacos-aes-encryption-plugin插件加密配置， 控制台页面新增配置时能够加密，编辑配置后又变成明文

nacos使用的版本是2.3.1，nacos-aes-encryption-plugin的版本是1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

如果接口中已经传了encryptedKey，说明content已经做过加密

你好，前端content传过来是明文，编辑保存到数据也是明文， 但是如果是新增配置就是密文。 能不能帮忙看下是我的配置原因 还是代码的缺陷？
