[Biobank] "Candid" and tables need to match CandidateID after 27 update

biobank has a blink page. It needs to fix "Candid" and tables need to match CandidateID after 27 update.

@HenriRabalais not exactly. the candidate table is more normalized now, basically the join occurs on the ID column of the candidate table while CandID is no longer used to link tables but just used as an identifier.

So the required change is to use the ID column of candidate in the join but SELECT the CandID for display
