[BUG] Huge bar not starting at beginning

Are you using the latest DBM version in a Warmane 3.3.5a realm (Icecrown, Lordaeron or Frostmourne)?

Current Behavior

huge bar not starting at beginning of the default 11sec, but continues from the small bar timer.

Expected Behavior

huge bar should start at beginning of the rectangle.
