Description
For example, if I want to organize my code in small Modules with no localized variables, it would be great if I can turn off that specific warning from the output of the CodeInspector. It is even more important for when used with IDE like Visual Studio Code (via Wolfram LSP server) since there is no way to filter messages that are returned (as opposed to the CLI integration cases where one can do extra processing/filtering of the messages/issues found)
