Can't find option "Extra Style rules provided by Tree Style Tab" in >Advanced section in Tree Style tabs

The above image is from the >Advanced section in Tree Style Tab add-on linked in README.md in Tree Style Tabs
as you can see there is no "Extra rules provided by Tree Style Tab" ?
