Production Issue - User losing Orchard Cookie

We have Orchard Core 1.8 on a load balancer with only one server active, we are experiencing users losing their cookie within 5 to before 20 minutes of the user logged in. Our website is not in the cloud (on Prem).

We'd need to understand a bit more about your app and hosting setup to be able to advise on what the issue might be. Just from this, it looks like a configuration issue with the load balancer that impact cookie lifetime.
