[Bug]: `ActionEvent.prompt_for_description` is incomplete

Describe the bug

ActionEvent.prompt_for_description does not yet support scrolling, and does not disambiguate between similar elements.

To Reproduce

1. Create a recording with scrolling
2. Run `experiments/descibe_actions.py
