im getting this error.. File "start.py", line 28, in
from PyRoxy import Proxy, ProxyChecker, ProxyType, ProxyUtiles
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'PyRoxy'

any idea how to fix?

Try the following code in your Terminal/Cmd

pip3 install PyRoxy
