useRecordHotkeys should be able to record a key more than once

useRecordHotkeys returns a set because it records keys only once, which makes it impossible to use it to record a sequence with duplicate keys like w>g>g>w even when the latter is a valid sequence for useHotkeys.
The use of a set instead of an array also makes it rather tricky to add that functionality to useRecordHotkeys because a set cant have duplicate elements. Perhaps a redesign is required for useRecordHotkeys in newer versions?

I have two solutions in mind, one that is backwards compatible but is a bit iffy and another one that is ideal but isnt backwards compatible.

1. Backwards compatible: Add a 2nd argument to useRecordHotkeys which is false by default to match the current behavior, but when it's true it will return an array instead of a set and will be able to record duplicate keys.
2. Backwards incompatible: Re-implement useRecordHotkeys to return an array to allow for duplicate keys.

Which of these two makes most sense to you? Do suggest other solutions if you have any, i'd be happy to make a PR for this.

I think the second approach is just fine. We can bump it up to version 6 if needed.
