Avoid text-justify: inter-character in website

I'm opening this to discuss avoiding text-justify: inter-character on the website. On mobile, especially around unbreakable inline code, some justification can become a bit absurd.

Also, fwiw, this design person disagrees with it entirely: https://practicaltypography.com/justified-text.html, bottom section. Not sure what exactly I think, but it was at least a tad bit distracting while going through the contributor guide a while back.

I've been observing this recently also and pondering the right approach. I first of all realized that we want to reduce the body text size on mobile, which would considerably help the justification issue. Then we could also maybe disable justify entirely on mobile.

I don't think I have permissions to do so, and some design work/discussion is probably needed.

This is a task that likely I'll handle next time I touch up the website styling, so probably not an ideal item for third party contribution. It's faster for me to do it and doesn't yield learning value for the contributor which can go towards larger future contributions.
