Streaks Card Themes - some seem to be non responsive

Hi All,

When testing some of the different themes out it seems non standard i.e. Light, Dark, and High contrast don't seem to be responding I've tested this across a few of my devices and it seems to be dependent on the themes themselves and not my devices.

if anyone has insight into what could be causing this that would be great
