Action does not run repeatedly

What is wrong?

I have one action configured in LLT which is based on "When device is connected/disconnected"
I use this action to trigger my monitor to switch video source.

I have noticed that the action can only run once in LLT when the condition met, when the condition goes away and met again, the action won't trigger again.

My setup:
When device is disconnected: Dell U3223QZ Webcam -> Run Dell DDPM to switch monitor G3223Q to HDMI
When device is connected: Dell U3223Q Webcam -> Run Dell DDPM to switch monitor G3223Q to Displayport

What did you try already?

The action only worked once when condition been met.

Once the condition goes away and met again, the action is no longer running.

I have to exit and restart LLT and it will work again.

How to reproduce the bug?

1. LLT Started
2. When device is disconnected: Dell U3223QZ Webcam -> LLT Action: Run Dell DDPM to switch monitor G3223Q to HDMI
3. When device is connected: Dell U3223Q Webcam -> LLT Acton: Run Dell DDPM to switch monitor G3223Q to Displayport
4. When device is disconnected: Dell U3223QZ Webcam -> LLT stopped triggering action
5. When device is connected: Dell U3223Q Webcam -> LLT stopped triggering action
6. When device is disconnected: Dell U3223QZ Webcam -> LLT stopped triggering action
7. When device is connected: Dell U3223Q Webcam -> LLT stopped triggering action
8. LLT Restart
9. When device is disconnected: Dell U3223QZ Webcam -> LLT Action: Run Dell DDPM to switch monitor G3223Q to HDMI
10. When device is connected: Dell U3223Q Webcam -> LLT Acton: Run Dell DDPM to switch monitor G3223Q to Displayport

What is the behavior that you expected?

The Action will trigger as long as the condition been met and repeatedly
